As a Customer Success Manager, you are the driving force behind customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. You play a key role in acquiring new customers while building strong, lasting partnerships with existing clients and partners. From first contact to onboarding and ongoing support, you are their trusted advisor — thinking ahead, solving challenges, and creating real value. You report to the Head of Sales & Marketing and work closely with our Account Managers.
You’re full of energy and initiative — someone who loves to make an impact. Whether it’s convincing new customers, surprising existing ones, or improving processes, your enthusiasm makes you an essential part of One2Pay’s success.
What you’ll do
As the main point of contact, you will:
- Actively attract new customers and guide them from the first meeting to onboarding
- Build long-term relationships through regular contact and proactive support
- Identify commercial opportunities for cross- and upselling
- Share customer insights with our teams to improve products and processes
- Monitor data and KPIs to proactively drive performance

What you bring
- MBO+ education (HBO-level thinking and working)
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- A proactive mindset and the flexibility to adapt quickly
