Download the One2Pay app from the App Store or Google Play. Ask your mobility manager / admin for an account, log in and start using it right away.

How to Use the One2Pay App

Fill up

One2Pay is accepted at almost every petrol station in the Netherlands. Pay with the One2Pay card, with Apple Pay or with Google Pay and you can be sure that your expenses are immediately recorded correctly. Without receipts, without expense claims. All expenses can be immediately viewed and managed in the app and in the management portal.

Charging

Quickly find an available charging station and simply start a charging action. One2Pay continues to develop and will have many more features in the future, such as real-time charging information and range-based route planning.

On Street Parking

In the app, you choose your location, enter your license plate number and you’re done. Leave your change at home, say goodbye to separate parking apps and feel free to forget about receipts. One2Pay makes sure that every parking transaction ends up in the administration in the right way.

Garage parking

Garage parking is also simple and, above all, faster with One2Pay. You drive in, scan your One2Pay card and park. No more queuing at payment terminals. Leaving is just a matter of scanning and driving away. That saves time and frustration.

Pay with your mobile phone or smartwatch

You simply add your One2Pay card to the wallet on your mobile phone or smartwatch. This allows you to pay quickly and safely anywhere.

How do I add my One2Pay card to Apple Wallet?

The easiest way to add your digital One2Pay card is through the One2Pay app:

  1. Log in to the One2Pay app.
  2. Go to ‘Cards’.
  3. Select your digital card and tap ‘Add to Apple Wallet’.
  4. Accept Apple’s terms and conditions.

Once confirmed, your card will automatically be added to your wallet. In the app, you’ll see the message: ‘Card added to Apple Wallet’.

Not working? Try the following steps:

  1. Open the Wallet app on your phone.
  2. Tap the plus sign (+) and choose Payment Card or Credit Card.
  3. Scroll down and select ‘Add another card’.
  4. At the bottom, tap ‘Enter card details manually’.
  5. Enter the card details you can find in the app under ‘Card details’.

How do I add my One2Pay card to my smartwatch?

You can easily add your digital One2Pay card to your smartwatch for quick, contactless payments. Follow these steps:

  1. Check compatibility:
    • Apple Watch: paired with your iPhone using Apple Wallet
  2. Open the Wallet app on your smartphone and add your One2Pay card if it’s not already in your digital wallet.
  3. Sync with your smartwatch:
    • Apple Watch: open the Watch app on your iPhone, go to Wallet & Apple Pay, and select your One2Pay card to add it to your Apple Watch.
  4. Use your card on your smartwatch:
    • Select the One2Pay card in your wallet.
    • Hold your smartwatch near the payment terminal as you would with a contactless card.
    • Check your One2Pay app to confirm the transaction was successful.

Tip: Make sure your smartwatch is always connected to your phone or has an active internet connection, so your card stays synced and payments run smoothly.

Note: If location services are enabled, your iPhone’s location at the time of payment may be shared with Apple and the card issuer to help prevent fraud.

    • Wear OS: open the Google Wallet app on your phone and follow the instructions to copy your One2Pay card to your smartwatch.
  4. Use your card on your smartwatch:
    • Select the One2Pay card in your wallet.
    • Hold your smartwatch near the payment terminal as you would with a contactless card.
    • Check your One2Pay app to confirm the transaction was successful.
